Pros
Work from home job, at least for the forseeable future Pay is ok, solely because of all of the mandatory OT you have to work
Cons
You will work lots of mandatory overtime, even during the "slow" times. We are currently working 55+ hours a week, 6 days a week and the busy 4th quarter has not even started. They are trying to outsource as much work as possible, but then expect the internal employees to do all of the clean up because the outsource workers aren't able to do the job. You will have orders reassigned to you, after the outsource team messes them up, and then you have to try to get everything corrected and try to get everything rushed. You also then get to call the customers and explain to them that their event date will now be missed, and get to endure the brunt of their frustration for errors that somebody else caused.
