      Zero reasons. Do not work here.

      Cons

      They have weekly drug busts, they pay exconvicts more than they pay their own hired on fulltime emoyees. They madndate overtime but dont tell the new hires ,so new hires work 2 days max find out they will be forced to work 50+ hrs and dont come back, new hires do not get enough training.You have zero time for your family especially from sept-dec because your exhausted from working 10 hr days plus sat and sun. They promise to train you to move up but never do.
