Sometimes it takes working for another company to realize just how bad your previous employer was; this is the case with PCNA. Poor management, toxic workplace & poor communication from both HR & upper management. Not sure how many employee surveys with overwhelmingly negative results need to be published before upper management genuinely investigates the issues, although probably naive to expect any action if the investigation is led by the incompetent HR department.
