when mastro was there, he was friendly and talked to employees. alot of overtime, which is great if you truly need the money. cafe on site.
Cons
new management needs to go. they favor temps, and gives a crap about employees. shows no appreciation for employees. parking lot and road into facilities are crappy in the winter time. pay is low for what we do. pay raises are a joke, as well as bonuses. cafe food can be crappy, and expensive. temps who have been here for 8 months were promised to be hired and still havent. temps that been here a few days are training on machines while employees have been here for 1+ years still have yet been trained to earn a tech 3. temps are not trained oj how to read paperwork, and just thrown on the end of belts having no idea what they are doing and orders get dns/messed up.
