      Pros

      I've been here a while and I've seen a transformative change in the company. Over the years there were dark times, but it's a more collaborative work environment now. There is an established and communicated direction to everyone's work. It's like everyone is finally rowing in the same direction.

      Cons

      The hours can be long. Leed's doesn't have a great reputation in the area due to previous management and vocal disgruntled employees.
