Terrible Management with lackies - Production Operator PCNA Employee Review

Plant management cut raises and bonuses last few years while managers take bigger vacations. Less of the higher ups are visible. A lot of lackies have taken over management positions. Advancement is not worth the time nor the effort. Very aggravating to come in and work when accuracy means nothing but metric numbers are more important. Hit the order, just do it fast. Quality doesn't get rewarded. Looking at new jobs outside of company. Very aggravating.
