Stock bonus was generous. The work was interesting and there were a lot to learn about semiconductor devices.

Cons

Management was pretty bad. I got multiple job assignments from a director without going through my direct manager. No work-life balance.

The people I worked with were benign for the most part.

Cons

Literally everything else. The division I worked in was chaotic and reactive. People were so busy putting out fires that there was no room for a path towards growth as an employee.
