I was miserable at PDF Solutions. The environment is toxic. No one is really a team-player. Everyone is content. There is no drive. No one is motivated. I put all of it on lack of leadership from management. The company was in need of updating their tools and processes to help employees be more efficient. I remember spending weekends filing papers because the department was afraid to switch to digit copies. I hope that changed since I left.
