Pros
Fairly good reputation in Chicago - good location easily accessed by public transportation. Office is well-decorated and the other employees are friendly and helpful.
Cons
Very cheap company - low salary ranges for similar jobs in other companies and industries. This leads to a revolving door and low morale. Communication between mgmt levels is very weak as is feedback and recognition. Seems to have more office politics than the typical firm. Very much a "CYA" philosophy. Leaders need to get their feedback from the people in the trenches - not just from the upper level mgmt.
