Laughing stock - Administrative PEI Genesis Employee Review

Let’s start off with what was written in other reviews. The reports of pooping on the floor and boogers on the walls is true. I once stared at the same boogie for 5 straight months before the cleaner got to it. Now onto the business itself. I never have ceased to be amazed at the sheer incompetence of leadership. They brag about how well the company is doing but cut employees so deeply that we effectively cannot execute anything. Leadership might want to open up a book to learn about how to run a business and not just the one the owner wrote that we employees were so generously given a discount to buy it. The CEO is checked out and only cares about his silly book and the COO should have never been more than a sales supervisor. That is the “quality” of leadership here. We are given no direction. There are no plans or strategies. Just someone yelling in platitudes things he heard other people say. If you are prospective new employee, don’t bother. You won’t even be trained because we don’t have training. And if you survive the non-training, you have no future anyhow unless you are related to the owner or one of his incompetents friends. This only scratches the surface. It’s really that bad here. I can only imagine how this company is viewed by its suppliers, customers, competitors, or peers. My gut tells me they are laughing at this company.
