Where do we begin. This is a god awfully run company. Everything about it is terrible from cleanliness to executive leadership. 1) executive leadership. It’s terrible here. They keep getting promoted and don’t do anything. Yes, they don’t do anything. The two that have been running the show the past few years have run this company into the ground. Stupid decision after stupid decision has left us in worse shape in what they allege to have fixed but personnel is constantly leaving. We have not improved processes, morale, efficiency, etc. it’s a pile of garbage now. One of the executives is a simple minded fool who stares at numbers all day waiting for them to change and not understanding that’s it’s his job to run the company. The other one is the laziest person I’ve ever seen. He hides behind fake “improvements” and throws people under the bus. Never have I’ve seen a person so decorated and did absolutely nothing to deserve it. Then we have another one who is the worst throw it over the fence person I’ve ever seen. Lord it’s bad. 2) there is no professional development here. There’s no training here period. Like in other reviews unless you are one of the owners friends or his sons, there is no future here for you. 3). We have inconsistent standards. There are rules in place and enforced depending on who you are and made mad or who you are related to. The worst is the dress code. Business casual is great and all but sweat suites and slippers should not be acceptable. 4) extremely tone deaf. Certain people get promoted for doing nothing. We all know who they are. That’s just a common trend. That’s what it seems to be the secret sauce to moving up here. Join this company and don’t do anything. There’s a future in it for you. 5) no body cares anymore. Walk around the building, no one cares. It’s reflected in every level. There’s never leadership here. The highest level managers just socialize all day. There’s clutter everywhere. There’s not even batteries in the clocks. People leave excrements on the floor or wipe snot on the walls of the bathrooms. People leave food in the sink of the cafeteria. There is no pride working here anymore. It’s soulless and depressing. 6) there is no clear strategy. No one knows what’s going on. We haven’t had leadership address the company as a whole my entire time working here like most places Ive worked at. Everyone is confused. 7) the owner is checked out. He’s all in his books. Fine. But, you need to let go or sell the company.
