None. They don't even send you a CARD for Christmas, but you are expected to either donate your time or money to a cause, only so they can look good.

Cons

Management just walked in one day and told us we had 20 minutes to pack up and get out as they decided to close our office with NO NOTICE AT ALL.

Some good people within pockets of the company.

Cons

Management is "deaf" at all levels and within all departments. Ownership is stale and the future looks scary for employees looking for stability. The succession plan is also frightening...ownership will be handed over to entitled family who lack the skills necessary to steer the ship, Bottom line: the wheels are coming off and the car is on fire! Also, their 401(K) plan is AWFUL - to add insult to the injury of having poor choices and high fees, they reserve the right to not match contributions if they want! They actually did this! It's the worst 401(K) I've ever had to deal with.
