Cons
Management is "deaf" at all levels and within all departments. Ownership is stale and the future looks scary for employees looking for stability. The succession plan is also frightening...ownership will be handed over to entitled family who lack the skills necessary to steer the ship, Bottom line: the wheels are coming off and the car is on fire!
Also, their 401(K) plan is AWFUL - to add insult to the injury of having poor choices and high fees, they reserve the right to not match contributions if they want! They actually did this! It's the worst 401(K) I've ever had to deal with.
