Entry level to kickstart your career.

Cons

PEI is being rapidly left behind in the market by its competitors, with an ancient ERP, out of date website, limited E-Commerce and a management team who don’t know what they are doing. There is no route for progression at this company unless you either are directly related to the owner or sell your soul by massaging the owners ego as the ship hits the iceberg.

Some good people within pockets of the company.

Cons

Management is "deaf" at all levels and within all departments. Ownership is stale and the future looks scary for employees looking for stability. The succession plan is also frightening...ownership will be handed over to entitled family who lack the skills necessary to steer the ship, Bottom line: the wheels are coming off and the car is on fire! Also, their 401(K) plan is AWFUL - to add insult to the injury of having poor choices and high fees, they reserve the right to not match contributions if they want! They actually did this! It's the worst 401(K) I've ever had to deal with.
