Absolutely everything, management is there just because of corruption and nepotism, the CEO let's her girlfriend (VPSA) treat everyone like garbage when none of them have a clue on how to do their job. There's very little training, no guidance, zero leadership, very harsh criticism to the point of bullying, belittle and destroy your mental health. HR is a joke who does absolutely nothing if you complain, but they will make your life a living hell if you speak up, they'll treat you like complete trash and if you're under a visa, they'll hold that over your head. They're pretty racist and discriminatory if they don't like you. You'll get a raise/promotion if you're friends with the mean CEO and her girlfriend, and mainly if you overlook all the corruption, cheating, and lying. If I could give them negative stars. I would.
