Pros

Normal benefits package for the industry.

Cons

Under pay employees every chance they get! Don't expect to negotiate when applying for better position- it's written into the policy that internal's get minimum salary. Expect them to not negotiate compensation- you'll get an email that says accept or deny with the compensation. Senior leadership is on the verge of lawsuits with how abusively they speak to staff. Prepare to work holidays. When you leave- you do not get paid out unused vacation days or holidays. The culture of the company - it's a terrible place to work. You'll have 6-10 software programs each with a different user name and passwords. Constant IT issues. Assisting members is not made easy- prepare for lots of forms and chasing people down to get anything accomplished. MICRO MANAGED BIG TIME, from top down. No trust in team members- authority levels are laughable. Tellers are sometimes made Loan Officers and get paid ZERO extra to do a loan officers job on top of their teller responsibility. Disorganized. Nothing spent on trying to make interfaces user friendly- prepare for the WORK-AROUND king of all financial institutions.

Pros

Awesome place and people - complex and large finance operation and balance sheet yet still small enough to make an impact and build up solutions from the ground floor - creative place!

Cons

Sometimes can be stretched for more resources

Pros

Great staff and middle management. Good benefits and facilities.

Cons

Upper Management - same tune as all the other reviews. This place is full of great people who don't know they are great. It's also full of bad leaders who think they are great. Unfortunately, the best performers are often rewarded with carrying the burden of underperformers and non-contributing leaders. In certain teams there is very limited in upward mobility. They are slow to weed out low performers and ineffective managers. All in, strong performers and high achievers might find this place frustrating. This is a place for those who like to coast through.
