Pros
You get paid twice a month, and you get paid for not being there sometimes. They schedule “employee appreciation” events during your shift to make you feel valued... oh wrong section. Also they will solicit employees to leave good reviews on sites just like this one because 98% of genuine reviews are negative.
Cons
Ask 3 people in leadership the same question and get 3 different answers more often than not. Technology is superbly outdated, our members couldn’t even see pending transactions on our app and website until just recently which even adding that simple decades old tech caused our system to completely glitch out. I was told in my interview it wasn’t high pressure sales at all, no commission etc. which is great except a blatant lie. There is no commission however half of your scorecard is based on sales stats... the score card is your only way to get a schedule that isn’t horrible, get a position that isn’t horrible, not get fired and so on. So yeah sales are all it is, which is ironic because most of your calls are just people super disappointed in Penfed as a whole so good luck selling them anything.
