      Pros

      Good company with good benefits, which include a good 401k match and yearly bonuses as our goals our met. I came from a merger and was very pleased to be placed in a job which I have been promoted from twice so far. The company doesn't like people to lose their jobs, which is unheard of in todays market. Great team members to work with, everyone is willing to help you when you need help. There is a lot of positives to working here. Great time off.

      Cons

      Everyone gets the same cost of living raise no matter how hard he/she works or doesn't work. Some of the systems are out of date, need updating. Make your job a little more difficult and time consuming. Can be hard to get issues fixed from IT.

      Awesome place and people - complex and large finance operation and balance sheet yet still small enough to make an impact and build up solutions from the ground floor - creative place!

      Sometimes can be stretched for more resources

      Great staff and middle management. Good benefits and facilities.

      Cons

      Upper Management - same tune as all the other reviews. This place is full of great people who don't know they are great. It's also full of bad leaders who think they are great. Unfortunately, the best performers are often rewarded with carrying the burden of underperformers and non-contributing leaders. In certain teams there is very limited in upward mobility. They are slow to weed out low performers and ineffective managers. All in, strong performers and high achievers might find this place frustrating. This is a place for those who like to coast through.
