Pros
The benefits are excellent and the bonus is alright. The onboarding process is very easy and not stressful. The Learning and development team is amazing everyone is focus, excellent communicators, and makes coming to work for there classes worth it.
Cons
Major of management is clueless and lack common knowledge. If your not part of the in group you will be ousted and treated dispectfully. If you are a woman and skilled more than your boss you will be looked over for promotions. If you know your job more than your direct leader you will be harassed and degraded until you either speak your mind and get let go or you find a position elsewhere. HR is useless because they do not address anyone's concerns. They send you back nasty emails as if you did something wrong. Contractors are treated as if they are slaves and dispensible at any moment. Also, if you have banked your PTO you better use it as they do not pay out for it when you leave.
