Pros
An enjoyable working environment with great people to work along with. Great learning opportunities from more experienced co-worked to expand my design skills and learn new way do doing things. Break and lunch times are a good length and the free coffee a total bonus with it's own cantine to eat lunch, order food from the cook, or hang out on breaks.
Cons
Car parking is very difficult, but not just for cars, parking your bicycle can also be difficult to find space in the shelters. (But this has recently been sorted for us cyclists). Something the office can feel very cold even in the summer weather and especially the winter.
