9yAt PFP, we show appreciation to employees in many ways from special events, recognition and rewards, performance and merit increases to a “profit sharing" bonus. We do not provide a Christmas bonus but rather a “profit sharing” bonus. This is done to recognize our diverse workforce and acknowledge everyone’s contribution to the company’s success.
Our company goal targets begin on January 1 and run through December 31 of the same year. For the past several years, we have made or been close to our target and the company has generously shared in the profits of the company at the highest level with its employees. Additionally, there is a profit sharing link updated regularly, by our CFO which helps employees to be aware if we are on target or not.
This comment will help us to look closer at the time of distribution and discuss further. Again, we appreciate all the good work our employees have delivered in 2016 and are pleased to share in the profits.
