      Pros

      Honestly once a month catered meals for the Business Development team. Great bosses honestly and good leadership team. Training was thorough and great to have for a resume

      Cons

      Constantly, constantly micromanaged. Workload is insane and expected to make 80-100 calls a day on average with leads as cold as ice. The team constantly has meetings and KPI’s are confusing.you must handle all work for your sales team aswell.

      Pros

      Great support, awesome culture, lots of ways to grow within the company, incredible mission.

      Cons

      Wish more people knew how important it is to have insurance and protect their families. PFP does a great job of educating but it can be hard when many customers say "no".
