Pros
Good benefits and laid back atmosphere as long as you can do your job well enough. There are opportunities if you can fit into the company culture and mingle with the right people.
Cons
Management and more critical employees seem to be mostly male. Definitely has a boys club vibe to it. Management is also full of older people who seem to halt progress on the technology end of the company unless there is significant monetary gain to be had. They also appear to be very disorganized and unresponsive to criticism or suggestions. I also found teams within the company to be down right hostile to other teams at times.
