Pros
Wonderful atmosphere with great co-workers all interested in the game for the most part. Benefits were very good including not only a 401K plan but also a pension. Employees received bonuses each year and one other nice benefit was company was closed for several days between Christmas and New Year's Day. When you were required to travel the company treated you well. Golf is also available at the club. A new building for staff is underway.
Cons
Not too many to pick on. Did think there was a disparity in pay with some upper management people getting huge salaries and bonuses. Lot of chatter about that by many workers, especially in the lower ranks. One thing that drove me crazy is many of the younger employees a couple of years out of school were many times what I would call "climbers". They would always be quickly looking for better job in the company when many thought they were not ready. A few people would always be looking to hitch their wagons to someone to help them move up quickly. Thought several should pay their dues so to speak.
