Pros

The food court The building has a pond in the front that has fishes and ducks

Cons

Terrible management - The senior manager and the manager will expect you to come in with zero knowledge on something and expect you to know. Their idea of documentation is sifting through a backlog of previous resolved tickets to find the answer. If you try to ask a question, they hold it against you but if you try to resolve an issue using your own research and merits, you get told afterwards that you should not have done what you did even though there was no SOP stating the work needed to be done and it what way Communication and over lack of professionalism - I spoke to the manager about an issue I had with the documentation and SOPs for the company. I was still a contractor at this time. I expressed my concerns after working here for almost a year and I was waiting to hear the results of my conversion. The manager responds with "Do you like your job? It doesn't sound like you want to work here and I wouldn't want to convert someone to full time if they are not happy here" I pretty much got told to shut up or be out of a job. The same manager maintained an extremely unprofessional environment. This is a grown man trying to make friends with the younger staff and will engage in conversations about things such as sports, Pokemon, video games, designer shoes, etc. There's no talk or promotion of expanding professional knowledge and meetings were completely unproductive. Its very clear that there is no sense of camaraderie in the department, just high-school level cliques and the popular kids are the ones who don't care about anything other than the latest video games that are coming out The senior manager seems to perpetuate a very hostile environment. I was told by several employees to be careful around him because he can be hostile when slightly provoked. There were several times where I interacted with him and felt extremely uncomfortable. More to the point, he wouldn't interact with me directly most times but would use the manager to air his grievances about me. I don't know what his philosophy of "seeing the bigger picture" but when I asked for any clarification, I get told that I need to "figure it out". I don't know what exactly they were wanting me to figure out but I came to the conclusion that I did not belong at the company and they ultimately were just trying to get me to quit.

Pros

Awesome facilities to work at, membership to Sawgrass, amazing on site workout facility, state of the art technology, amazing cafeteria and food

Cons

The workplace can sometimes feel cliquish, almost like high school. Management may overlook strong employees while giving more value to tenure, even when long-term employees may not always be the strongest performers.
