Pros
Aircraft maintenance is top notch. The maintenance staff is well compensated and therefore retained in their positions for longer periods. Clinical management and medical education for staff is outstanding.
Cons
New corporate schedule and pay structure has gutted tenured clinical staff. Scheduled work hours per week were increased from 48 to 56 with no corresponding increase in pay. Clinical staff were reclassified as salaried employees and do not receive overtime pay until you have worked 240hrs/month. Mid level managers are concerned with sweeping problems under the rug and provide no mentorship for local (base) manages who are allowed to run amuck. Regional management is absentee landlord. Corporate safety director recently left (or was let go... conflicting information available) under suspicion circumstances. Red flag.
