Pros
Fair amount of autonomy due to lack of oversight.
Cons
Lots of systems and processes exist that are not actually utilized, merely exist to satisfy a requirement. Many made up middle management titles which are unnecessary. Bloated company structure. No future upgrade plans for fleet. Morale is not very high. Draconian minimum service contracts and strong-arming retention of employees. These MSR's are flexible when it meets the company's needs, not when it is convenient for you.
