Pros
Decent equipment, active education department with plenty of opportunities to earn CEUs, dedication to safety at all levels of the organization.
Cons
Poor communication from managers, this seems to be because there are so many of them that before any news can be shared they all have to get together to figure out what/where/how/when to say something. Management positions could easily be combined in to few positions, saving both money and headaches for the line people. Many of the managers retain their positions only because of the relationships with the executive leadership. Seriously, some of these managers are completely useless and pass the buck on everything. You often times just have to bypass the chain of command to get anything done.
