The hours are great! You never work past 6 p.m. and then management is excellent. Very fair and personable!

Not enough money. No room for advancement in company.

Great work/home life balance. Excellent management. Great hours. Great pay. Awesome benefits. No complaints at all.

Pros

Employees are the best, the normal Working hours are pretty reasonable and flexible

Cons

Heat in the summer, president can be unrealistic in demands and doesn’t listen to his people who are actually in the plant doing the work.
