People are nice here, but the job is kind of boring, not challenging. The control center is pretty cool. Job there must be exciting.

Cons

Job is Boring. People are doing their work without passion most of the time. I heard that full time worker are getting paid very well though

Pros

The benefits are great. Low premiums for health insurance, normal vacations days, 11 holidays, PTO to use for sickness or personal appts that equals about 40h a year and extra 2 or 3 floating holidays. Tuition reimbursement is 100%. The culture is great, very corporate-like atmosphere but people are friendly and willing to help. Very stable job

Cons

It takes long to move up but the pay for each level is very competitive
