Privately/family held. Easy to talk with upper management. A modern & clean environment. Non-salaried employees can negotiate there benefits. Competitive vacation, time off policy

Cons

Employees were ready to throw you under the bus, never willing to offer any assistance. Company wanted to grow their present offerings any stay in their comfort zone. too much family drama
