      Comp in line with peers. Wonderful colleagues. Collaborative environment. Fantastic culture. Given the opportunity with autonomy.

      Cons

      Very heavily focused on Comp-ratio. Bonus amt already predetermined regardless of output. Focused on cutting cost wherever possible. Currently looking at peers for direction rather than leading the way.
