Pros
Very good leadership in the software development group. Dev, Support, and QA teams are small enough that you have plenty of autonomy and responsibility, but no so small that you have to feel like there's nobody around to help when you need it. Sprint workloads and release schedules are human-sized, no 80 hour burnout workweeks just to meet some arbitrary deadline. From the wider view, the company is growing and profitable.
Cons
No equity or bonus opportunities. Benefits (401k match, health/vision, PTO, etc) are decent, if middle of the road. From the standpoint of a medium-sized Midwestern company, it's probably at or above average. From the standpoint of a mature software company in the data security and privacy space, it's below average.
