Pros

Every day is challenging and it's never boring. Time is running fast as you keep yourself busy all the time. Huge pros for me is freedom and trust from the management, absence of micromanagement. At the same time company gives you all the tools and knowledge to become successful. Great atmosphere in the office, co-workers are awesome and very talented, we have lots of fun! I enjoy coming to the office, I even miss my work and team when I am on vacations.

Cons

Cons or pros are pretty much depend on the attitude. Same things that I enjoy would be taken as cons by someone else. This place is definetely for self-motivated people, who is not afraid of problems, ready to meet new challenges and doesn't need constant guidance/supervision from management, This place is for those who are ready to go above and beyond, who enjoys solving problems and is result-oriented. I was sorry to read all the negative reviews. It seems like those people were just giving up easily and were not putting enough efforts to succeed. After all, grass is always greener somewhere else.

Pros

The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

Cons

The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
