The earning potential is unbelievable! If you stick to the plan and learn what you need to learn and then put it into action success is yours! I have been with the company for just over a year and am very close to making 6 figures. You are successful as you want to be in this job. Your earnings potential is only limited by your own work ethic. The Pittsburgh, PA location is great! We have a great time in the work place with tons of team building activities for us to take part in! After the day we have a quick floor meeting to celebrate each others successes for the day and how we all did as an office.
Cons
Logistics never stops, and just because our day ends a 5 that doesn't mean that trucks stop driving. Or customers stop needing product shipped. The hours are long and I have been on the phone with Customers and Drivers in the evening, in the car on the way home, or on the weekend.
