      Pros

      This company rewards those who work hard and push for results, and I have absolutely seen that in action while working here. I love a fast-paced, results-driven workplace and that is exactly what PLS is. You get out of it, what you are willing to put into it. - Great work environment for those who are motivated - Benefits package is improving in 2022 and now has a 100% 401K match - Great company to start your career whether you are in sales or a back office position like mine. - The new corporate office looks AWESOME - It has a gym, cafe, and a daycare! So excited to move there in 2022! - In my experience, my manager and HR have always addressed any concerns I've had and helped me find a solution when things come up.

      Cons

      - Previously, non-commission employees did not have a way to get bonusses, which was a serious bummer. BUT they are launching a new program for us in 2022 after we voiced our concerns! Like I said, if you have any issues during your time here, management listens and will do what they can to make reasonable changes. - Other than that, I don't really have any complaints. It's a great place to work! I'm glad I get to build my career here!

      The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

      Cons

      The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
