Healthcare is expensive and not great, unlimited PTO is thrown around in the recruitment ads, but is only for certain positions, (and those with unlimited PTO are expected to work on their days off and after hours usually.) Hourly employees tend to accumulate about 13 days of PTO. The big red flag here is the PLS all but buys positive reviews from employees. Multiple times in the past year they have offered incentives for positive reviews, (free lunch, donations to charity, etc.) and this requires sharing your review to prove it. Unfortunately, this makes it so prospective employees can't trust any of the positive reviews they see online for PLS.
