Pros
Stability, The company has been established for over 100 years. Most Employees there have worked there from anywhere to 25 - 45 years some straight out of high school. Very comfortable place to work.
Cons
Too Comfortable not challenging enough no room for Increase or growth of any kind. They give less than 2% yearly raises. Nice/Nasty employees who perfect phoniness. It's supposed to be a Businness environment but most persons are casual at best. Because of the stability of the job you can get comfortable being part of a culture of mediocrity. Employees get applauded for being in the same role for 40 years with no ambition for upward mobility. They're content with the 25 year relationship with coworkers and having a mundane career. Be careful not to get stuck here in the sunken place.
