Pros

It is a job, and they pay you(but that ain't saying much!!!)

Cons

Incompetent management, unprofessional style---the Chuck Norris motto of "...If I want your opinion I'll beat it out of you..." is appropriate. By the way, they beat you up anyway, opinion or not. An inadequate computer system purchased a few years ago is a giant boondoggle. A total waste of money and when management was told of its shortcomings, they simply ignored the complaints. A GIANT negative mark in my book.

Pros

A great place to work, they are good to their employees & let us adjust our work schedules if needed. My managers are professional and I feel like they truly care about me & my concerns. I love it here!

Cons

Raises aren’t that great just like they are in most places, benefits are expensive but they are good & cover half of orthodontic treatment, no bonuses but they are really generous in other ways. Yeah every company has their things but this is a good company weather you use your experience here as a stepping stone or try & move up..
