Pros

Good work- life balance, flex hours, you are treated as an individual and not a number or result, excellent benefits

Cons

low pay, constant policy changes, notoriously low salary increases with promotions, 401 K has been replaced with an ESOP, less than amicable relationship between insurance and TPA side of the company

Pros

A great place to work, they are good to their employees & let us adjust our work schedules if needed. My managers are professional and I feel like they truly care about me & my concerns. I love it here!

Cons

Raises aren’t that great just like they are in most places, benefits are expensive but they are good & cover half of orthodontic treatment, no bonuses but they are really generous in other ways. Yeah every company has their things but this is a good company weather you use your experience here as a stepping stone or try & move up..
