Love the people, pay is decent, great perks and benefits, and really cool brands to work with. I have moved around the company a bit and have loved my experience overall

Cons

Your experience is at the mercy of the client, which is pretty standard for any agency. PMG does have high expectations for being every present.

Pros

-Very well respected and well established company with a variety of industry leading clients -Amazing office coordinators who help keep the offices stocked and organized -Very welcoming, understanding, and kind staff members -Teams and departments are well staffed -CEO makes sure to keep everyone in the loop about company wide news like new business and other successes -Great benefits that some other agencies don’t have -Very thorough onboarding process -Roles and responsibilities are clearly outlined for each team member to limit disorganization and task overlap -Cares about employee growth and development -Managers make sure to regularly check in with you to see how you’re doing

Cons

-Strict 3 days a week in office requirement -Online trainings can be time consuming and take away from client work
