Cons

Everything runs through the founder. Company does not invest in the resources it needs. Decisions are intentionally delayed putting strain on staff.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you found value in areas like our development programming, bonus structure, and in-office amenities. These are intentional investments, particularly to support early-career growth and create a strong, people-centered workplace experience. We also recognize your feedback around decision-making and resourcing. As with many growing companies, we’ve worked through moments of complexity as we scale, and we’re focused on evolving our operating model to better support teams with timely decisions and the resources they need to do their best work. We’re grateful for your contributions during your time at PMG and wish you continued success ahead.
