Pros

- Talented and passionate colleagues who genuinely want to deliver great work product. - Opportunities to learn and grow if you’re proactive and self-driven. - Exposure to high-profile projects and clients that can build your resume. *** Note: You can find these things at many other companies.

Cons

- Leadership often says one thing and does another. Values like “people first” are not reflected in practice. - Company culture glorifies overwork. Evenings and weekends are expected year-round, not just during “busy season.” - Performance reviews and raises are inconsistent and arbitrary. - Exceptional work is considered “meeting expectations.” - Toxic atmosphere fueled by gaslighting, yelling, and high-school-style politics from the top down. - Curiosity is discouraged. Asking strategic questions can lead to defensiveness from leadership and a target on your back. - Leadership uses information as power and avoids resolving conflicts among themselves maturely. Employees become collateral damage. A safe environment to challenge each other respectfully is not fostered from the CEO down.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I’m glad to hear you had strong teammates and growth opportunities during your time at PMG. I’m also sorry to hear that parts of your experience didn’t reflect the culture we strive for. That matters to me. I care deeply about how our values show up in practice, not just words. When someone shares feedback like this, I take it seriously. I’ve shared your comments with our leadership team, and I welcome any opportunity to learn more. If you’re open to it, feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you again for everything you contributed to PMG. Stacey Martin stacey.martin@pmg.com Chief People Officer
