Most of the people are great, the office is beautiful. I enjoy all of the perks : free lunch, snacks, coffee bar.

Cons

It’s unfortunate that most employees get a hybrid schedule except for the facilities team but I understand why.

-Very well respected and well established company with a variety of industry leading clients -Amazing office coordinators who help keep the offices stocked and organized -Very welcoming, understanding, and kind staff members -Teams and departments are well staffed -CEO makes sure to keep everyone in the loop about company wide news like new business and other successes -Great benefits that some other agencies don’t have -Very thorough onboarding process -Roles and responsibilities are clearly outlined for each team member to limit disorganization and task overlap -Cares about employee growth and development -Managers make sure to regularly check in with you to see how you’re doing

-Strict 3 days a week in office requirement -Online trainings can be time consuming and take away from client work
