Pros

- During the first 6 months it seems great. - Benefits are great (perhaps because pay isn't) - Gifts, parties, and trips are cute and cool - You don't have to track your hours like other agencies

Cons

- Managers don't know what their employees are paid. As a result, there was a $10K pay gap between myself and someone in the exact same role with comparable experience. - Men in leadership do not value women. I was often pushed aside or not treated with respect due to my gender. - You will be expected to meet client deadlines regardless of your personal life and work hours. - Your training probably won't be thorough and managers aren't kept accountable to stick to training plans or even schedule regular 1:1s with their employees. My manager went months maintaining 1:1s with their other employees but not with me. - Leadership is so concerned about new business that pitches will be prioritized at the detriment of other projects and employees. - Verbally, the company cares about mental health. In action...they don't staff teams well enough and it's up to the employee to save enough PTO for use in case of sick days. (no work-life balance) - You will be expected to be available 9am-6pm, regardless of whether you'd rather skip lunch hour or work earlier. - Tools across the company are inconsistent. Project management is scattered and confusing.
