Pros

* work with some incredibly smart people * Have a really powerful and flexible suite of tools and data at your finger tips * A great place to build skills and push yourself

Cons

Now for the real review: Starting in August of 22 something big has changed here. You can see it in the reviews on this site. All the complaints of work life balance, poor project management, lack of transparency, all of these are true and have been for a while, but now it's worse. If someone was away on maternity leave in September and came back today they'd wonder if they walked into the wrong building. * Aggressive transition from wfh to hybrid. Leadership counts how many days a week you badge into the office. Despite my team working on offices all over the country and not where I'm working, so that me coming in is worse than wfh because now I need to try and find rooms to take calls or take them at my desk in our open office. * Bonuses now go out 80% in April rather than near holiday like it used to, and oh btw, if you quit you don't get it. It's used to string you along during peak hiring season. * I have seen people get bullied in meetings for disagreeing politely with our leaders * Company is going through a round of cost savings exercises. My workload tripled overnight and I'm told this is a "stretch opportunity" and to adopt a "growth mindset", which translates to work harder and stop complaining. * If you're not on the flagship brands you're nobody, and your team no longer gets appropriate resources. * There's no sympathy for prioritizing family over work. At best it's treated like an annoyance, and you'll get stern looks about making sure that you can come next time. * I normally don't put this in reviews because it can be read as me just being a whiner, but being honest here is impossible. You have to be a cheerleader as you watch morale plummet and teams get spread thin and poor decisions pile up. If you aren't a plastering on a fake smile, then you're not being a good team player. That growth mindset I mentioned above. Put up and shut up. * VP level and above can be virtually invisible. During this period of change, there is almost no clear direction from senior leaders.
