Pros

-Good swag -Some remnants of the "good-ole" PMG days from years past -Great co-workers -Alli is a cool, competitive advantage

Cons

-No flexibility to work from home or remotely, even when you have extenuating circumstances (car breaks down, sick kids, funeral, client travel). They literally track the days you are in office by your wifi connects & key card scan in and if you miss one day, you are flagged by leadership and it effects your performance review. -Performance reviews are now a sham of a process where, on the surface, your rating is crowd sourced from 360 peer feedback, a quantitative assessment against your goals, and, ultimately, your managers final assessment. But, in reality, these then go through a "calibration" process by HR in which they get to shoot down and change any final score or promotion they want for any reason, despite never working with the employees or actually having any idea of what they do on a day-in day-out basis. -Veil of "feedback" culture that you'll see referred to in the responses from the company here. Yes, we have the option to submit feedback. Is it ever actioned on? No. The response is always "let's talk more" but then the answer is we have to make these changes for the better of the company as a whole. Also the 85% eNPS they mentioned is outdated and doesn't take into account the 50% of employees who don't even submit feedback because they are so burnt out to care anymore. -Reaching an unsustainable point in their business where a lot of people are quitting while teams still need backfills for new biz or previous turnover, creating a ton of strain on teams to maintain their current workload plus constantly having to train new team members -They also solely rely on the GLP program to staff junior level positions. While it is a great program and they've had a lot of success stories, because of everyone being overworked and strapped for training time, the quality has gone down significantly within the past 2 years. So mid-level people never get any relief because they are in between being told "you have to wait for the GLP to come on" and then having to spend all their time training that GLP to be able to start taking work from them.
