Pros

- Office locations in most major cities - Winter Bonus ( but they are taxed to hell and paid out over a 5 month window) - Impressive client portfolio

Cons

- Very cut throat environment which is rewarded by leadership - Lack of pay transparency within company ( men vs women, media channels, title pay bands, etc.) - It’s a very cliquish environment, making it hard to fit in and make work friends as everyone feels like they’re competing at all times - The expectations are outrageous and never enough. Doing you’re job is considered underperforming, your pushed to work weekends, and post office hours on a regular basis, and your willingness to do so goes into promotion and bonus considerations - Leadership is drinking the cool-aid and not receptive to feedback. If you raise too many questions you are encouraged to stop being difficult and be a better example - Pay is not competitive, it’s only bumped up for new hires, but once you’re in the company increases are poor - Your anxiety will never be worse than it will be working here
