Pros

- Large clients give you exposure to some industry leaders - A lot of responsibility & expectation - Multiple satellite offices (hope you like forced return to office) - Splashy perks (barista, swag, snacks etc.) - Access to large partner network

Cons

- Just look at the rating trends from the past 2 years. Down and to the right. - Everything you'll read in those reviews are true, and then some. - Insane growth in 2020 created a top heavy, corporate kingdom culture. Unfortunately everyone who has power to change this lives at the top of the castle. - Minimal managerial channels to communicate feedback to the top. Realistically, no one feels comfortable bringing up any of this feedback as it would be perceived as "rocking the boat". - Across client teams its all too common to have unrealistic goals set, with no reasonable plans to achieve them.
