Easy interview, 23 days PTO.

Cons

Low salary. NOT A TECH COMPANY. They market themselves as a tech company but do not buy it. You will be required to learn a lot more about the marketing industry than tech. Company cultures are against how they market themselves. You can be placed in other positions (e.g.: data engineer, marketing) even if you are a software engineer. You can get fired right after you relocate to TX just because they hire more than they need. Very small engineering team. Do not expect to grow.

-Very well respected and well established company with a variety of industry leading clients -Amazing office coordinators who help keep the offices stocked and organized -Very welcoming, understanding, and kind staff members -Teams and departments are well staffed -CEO makes sure to keep everyone in the loop about company wide news like new business and other successes -Great benefits that some other agencies don’t have -Very thorough onboarding process -Roles and responsibilities are clearly outlined for each team member to limit disorganization and task overlap -Cares about employee growth and development -Managers make sure to regularly check in with you to see how you’re doing

-Strict 3 days a week in office requirement -Online trainings can be time consuming and take away from client work
